Common sneezeweed (Helenium autumnale) is widespread in most of North America, but in southwestern Idaho is known from only a few scattered occurrences, mostly along the Snake River.  Thus far it has only been found once in the Boise Front, as a rare plant at Hubbard Reservoir.
